Judy says. “Real estate in particular really still needs the human touch, and my professional life has been dedicated to helping our industry become more professional while retaining a sense of camaraderie.”Aware that 75 percent of deals are done at a dinner table, she founded and served as Executive Producer and Co-Founder of What’s Cooking in Real Estate. During these programs, she hosted industry leaders and real estate celebrities in a unique format – discussing market trends while preparing meals. The combination provided a glimpse into the state of real estate – and into the lives of some of the industry’s most famous names.The Real Estate Subway Series, which she founded in 2012 to give companies citywide reach on a local level, is a day-long conference that includes keynote speakers, panel discussions of topics of interest, an exhibit hall and after-party, held in each of New York City’s boroughs. “These are in a relaxed format, too. Some of our meetings offer educational sessions which can be used for accreditation,” she relates. “We’ve been blessed to have some of the most successful people in our industry relate their stories to our audience, while we offer presentations from top products and services companies. And our evening parties really allow our attendees to kick back, relax and do business.”Ultimately, the common denominator in all of Judy’s dealings is solid deal making, as she facilitates business for her clients. She has led teams that have resulted in successful sales and leasing of luxury real estate. Currently she represents luxury retailers Bellucci Napoli and Orologio. She previously has served with The Retail Group of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.Internationally she is working with Twohouse investors in developing, marketing and selling Luxury ECO-Communities in St. Lucia, Selling A-NAH Residences in Playa De Carmen and Tulum Mexico and working with Hansa Realty in Marbella Spain as their USA Liaison.
